So, what I had been thinking was a bunch of med students/interns slipped the cyberbrain virus into anyone getting any sort of injection or medical procedure via micromachines, which would cause anyone infected to think/act like a zombie. Otherwise we can go with some virus passed around the local net that some hacker sent around for a Halloween prank.
