So chat was messing around today and we all stumbled across this idea for a virus: Harry Potter.

Everyone would be sorted into a House (you pick them for your character of course) and stay with our Housemates in a dorm.  Of course that means someone's house is going to be an impromptu dormitory, but it's all for the greater good?  There will be prefects, professors, House rivalries, the whole nine.  We didn't think of classes so if you want them, say so!

So.  Good idea/bad idea/throw it to the lions?

Right, figured it'd be time for an update for those of you involved, as well as those of you who're following along.

Here's where we are now:

• Viral videos have been posted.


• Thrall's minds have been pinched off and are now living in their own created reality.


• All thralls have been taken to the space station.


• Certain characters have become suspicious of the thralls, and more importantly, the Master.

I decided to give about a week for thralls to make posts to their journals, which is why there's been no other info given until now. Here's what will be happening next:

• Someone may post to the comm sharing their suspicions, asking if anyone else has noticed, etc.


• Eventually it will become clear that the Master is behind this and Quatre will begin planning an attack and rescue mission.


• When that list has been finalized IC, the event posts will begin. All events will be taking place on the event community (tripled_events). There'll be another post detailing what's up right before the event starts.

If you have any questions about anything at all, please ask us - either myself, River-mun, or Quatre-mun. All the other posts are under the event planning tag, and if after reading through things your question isn't answered, ask us! We don't bite, and we want to help you understand how it works so that you can enjoy participating as much as we've enjoyed setting this up.

We also want to take this time to thank you guys for just wanting to participate with us in this plot. Even with how confusing it can be, you've been good about working with us to make it all work out in the long run.

River-mun told me she will provide baked goods of your choosing afterwards for being so nice. Get your orders in before her oven explodes under the strain. >:3

I know there's a metric fuckton of new people who haven't seen Lee's map yet, so I figure why not give them the opportunity to add themselves if they want. Older people who may have missed it for whatever reason can also jump in. I have a terrible habit of not posting on the com when I go away...but now I'm back! *dances* 

For those of you who don't know me, (I know, I'm quite most of the time)  I'm K, and I play Karakael, Kabuto, Kudo Himiko, and The Visitor. And, depending on if I can find some cannon mates (hint hint) either Cirocco Jones or Sparky Valentine. (And Medusa or Marie from Soul Eater?)

But! There was a point behind this post (other than shameless cannon pimping). I was thinking of having Karakael have a 'summer vacation' that coincides with mine. So he would be traveling through a bunch of worlds and posting from them. Sort of like a world-hopping travel diary. My original plan was simply to have him travel through the books that I read (and re-read) over the summer. But I figured there could be much more fun to be had if I opened this up to other peoples characters!

Basically, what I'm asking is if anyone would like Karakael (plus or minus a child soldier or two) to crash their world. Or if anyone would like to join as travel companions. (It would be akin to a DDD book club!)
