Uh...anyway, I'm new here too (although I've lurked a lot and know a couple people here), so please feel free to poke me if I'm doing it wrong. XD;

Anyway, Ulrich Stern of Code Lyoko is my first character here. I'll have his permissions and info stuff up soon, and I'll also have his intro post up later today, just as soon as I get back from work.

Ulrich's going to be taken from after the episode "XANA Awakens" but before "Teddygozilla", for those familiar with the show/canon, just like the Odd here (Hi Odd-mun! *waves* :D ).

We're having a discussion of sorts that's open to the community on this thread on the suggestions/complaints post and it has to do with the mod team in general, so if you have anything at all you'd like to say please bring it forward anon, yourself, through a friend, whatever you're most comfortable with.

We didn't receive any comments regarding our conduct or our efficiency on the HMD, so this is kind of surprising for us but we want you to feel like you're being taken care of and that the community is up to par with your standards (a general you btw meaning the community as a whole). Please please please don't feel afraid to bring something up to us; we may initially disagree but we always talk about it amongst ourselves afterward and see if our opinions aside, there is a problem with the way we do things here.

Additionally, we are always up for people nominating modpoles! If you feel you can help, step up! Let us know! And before you nominate someone else, make sure they are up for doing it in case they go 'u-uh no' XD;; But yeah, we're totally open to it and we'll happily listen to what you have to say. :> ♥

The comments on the S/C post are auto-screened so we'll try to unscreen them as soon as they're given so that you can respond/discuss/etc. All I ask is that the arguments you bring up are civil - there's no need to insult or jump on or get aggressive with people for saying how they feel. If you feel anyone's conduct - our own included - tell us (privately, we prefer) so we can tone it down or ask someone to reconsider how they're approaching the discussion.


tl;dr - we can't do anything without your input so please let us know if you think we're doing it wrong or how we could fix doing it wrong to do it right. ♥

Hey guys, Giro here. Just making a blanket apology for having been pretty absent from activities lately. I've been absolutely dead lately due to work, stuff here at my apartment complex and jury duty, the latter of which I've been involved with since last Thursday (and no, it's not over yet, don't even ask ;P ). I'll likely still be relatively quiet for a couple more days at least, but I'm not calling hiatus simply because... Well, I'm not going anywhere XDXD Just bringing up why I've been nonexistent lately.

There IS a reason I'm putting this on the OOC comm though rather than the personal journal of any of my characters. If there's a post you want/need someone to post on (and "someone" here includes Bass, Giro, Megaman.EXE, King Mickey, Darkrai, and Odd) then please drop me a comment here. This also includes any existing threads that I've somehow dropped XD;; This also applies to the Nice Club, since I know Mickey's technically a member XD (or something)

'sup, everybody!  This is Hermy bringing you an old character and a new one, Asakura Ryoko from Haruhi Suzumiya and Crow from Deadman Wonderland.  Asakura is the creepy knife-happy alien from North High.  Crow's the tough-talking, fight-fag, easily flustered around women convict. 

They fight crime. 

Asakura's living with Akabane for now, but what she (and I) need are plots.  Many, many plots.  Think of this post as a drawing board of sorts.  Even if you don't know her or her canon, ask, and I'll tl;dr at you and maybe we'll work something out.  She won't stab your character too much.  Promise.

I have some bad news. Over the past couple of weeks, I've been debating with myself whether or not I should stay here. You're great, you really are, but I have lots of stuff going on IRL and I just can't keep up with two superfastomg RPs. I've also been around for a couple of months and haven't done a damn thing, and that's character squatting, and I'm sorry I've been doing it.

So instead of continuing to make up excuses and hope my RP drive for this place comes back, I'm going to bow out. Apologies especially to Luna, Maraich and the rest of Luke's 'family', and to Darc-mun for my failing to live up to the tournament.

Kusuri-uri might pop up again somewhere else, we'll see.
