I have no idea how to jump into this virus thing.

I have been ~observing from afar, but goodness it's confusing.

Because I've been playing Azula here since she was fourteen (as she is in canon) and she's now months past seventeen, I've been thinking for awhile about starting to use a PB for her. I wasn't going to do it for a long time (as in, close to a year from now), but Yue suggested that I start the change gradually instead of all at once-- so every once in a while I'll be commenting with a different journal (emberandash) that has PB icons. I just figured I should let you guys know so you don't get confused and wonder what the hell I'm doing! There's no need to friend that journal (even though I do plan on eventually using it exclusively here, it won't be for a long time, like I said), though if you want to you certainly can, because there won't be anything on it for your flists to be spammed with.

The only thing I ask is that people not have their characters say things like "you look different!" or "you look older!", because ICly, she shouldn't suddenly look different or older. If I could have I would have gradually started using older and older icon sets like I'm doing with Prim (with her "normal", "middle", and "older" icons, as well as the "younger" set I'm using for this virus), but it's kind of hard to do that with Avatar because its three seasons lasted for less than a year in-show, so all the characters look pretty much the same from start to finish. ;; BUT YEAH. She should look older than she did when she first joined, obviously, but it should have been a more gradual thing-- she's aging up naturally instead of being timeskipped or whatever-- so the only people who should really recognize any sort of big change are canonmates who haven't seen her since she was ~fourteen, canonmates from alternate timelines who are used to seeing her at ~fourteen, characters who were dropped when she was younger and have been brought back with their memories, and characters who are fourthwalling her because they've watched her show.
