I'm dropping Souji. He was my very first character and I feel extremely lucky that I was able to enjoy such a large and varied cast throughout his time here on DDD. I hate doing this because I still love him to death and it's not as though I've lost the muse (so feel free to hit me up for museboxing anytime).

I just feel like I've reached a point where even though I try to get motivated about rp'ing him here I no longer can, for whatever reason. Even though I tried resetting him back to P4 canon time, it didn't seem to help much so rather than continuing to character squat I'm going to do the kind thing (to myself and you all) and just let him go.

Maybe after some formal time apart, if he's not taken, I can bring him back. But for now, au revoir!

I'll still be around with Minato and Santana though, don't worry.

I'm calling a hiatus for a few weeks (Return on 17th March). Having alot of RL stress right now that I need to deal with and I know that I've been very slow recently and I apologise for that. May be a little slow for the rest of March due to friends coming out to see me here in Australia but will try and be around as much as I can.

Starting these a little late this month; oops! Our next Activity check will be in five days, on Thursday, March 1st. You'll need twenty comments from each of your characters to pass, and those comments must be from the months of January or February-- and because we moved sites in the middle of January, the links you provide can be from either LJ or DW. Characters who were accepted in February will be exempt, as will characters on hiatus. The official exemption post will go up on the 29th.

Secondly: I really want to sincerely thank every single member of this game for helping make the move from LiveJournal to DreamWidth so smooth. It went much, much easier than I had ever expected it to, and we ended up losing far fewer players than I had worried we would. Thank you for putting up with my mistakes on the FA/RLs (don't worry, I'm 99% sure we've seen the last of "SORRY, I KNOW THE CODE ISN'T WORKING; I'M WORKING ON FIXING IT NOW" addendums), my occasional forgetfulness with taking moved journals off the "characters who don't have DW journals yet" lists (you all have sotobas_lot added now, right?) and my inactivity ICly as I procrastinated horribly on moving all my character journals over (I still need to set up two of them so I can get some DW activity already...). You guys have been endlessly patient and helpful, no matter how silly our screw-ups were. You are the reason why I love modding this game so much, and why-- even though I've been in a lot of games, and even though I actually have two that are on my "I can't see ever dropping them" list right now-- DDD is my One True RP Home.

Hi, I'm Chloe! I am brand new to this comm and looking forward very much to playing with you all!

This is Professor Randolph Lyall, probably the politest werewolf you will ever meet. He is especially interested in cravats, inventions, and sheep (not that way) and prefers fish to raw meat.

This is Karma/Tidus-mun here, with her second character! I'll be playing Serge, the protagonist from Chrono Cross. He's pretty laid-back, considering he ends up in an alternate reality later and lots of other fun stuff. He's almost entirely mute. He won't speak unless prompted to, so expect a lot of handwriting/typing and a lot of facial expressions to try to convey what he means. Still, he's friendly, and manages to get a group of up to 45 party members following him all around the world for no reason...somehow... Also, I'll be starting him a few days before the game starts.

Yo~ The name is Luu, a new face to DDD, and with me, I bring Kyousuke Natsume from "Little Busters!", the fun loving, ever so eccentric, probably insane leader of the group. Not sure how many of you know this series sob..

I haven't been RPing very long in general, so I hope you all don't mind my slight noobishness when it comes to this stuff. Looking forward to meeting all of you and having fun tags with this guy! He's friendly he won't bite~

Hey all, it's Orly, with good news and bad news.

The bad news is that I've dropped David and Catur. I love them both, but it's time to give David a rest and Catur...well he's been drowned out.

"But Orly!" you say, "doesn't this leave you without a character going by a false name and without an Otherland character?" In fact, it does not! Because, you see, I just picked up two characters.

One is Michael Westen. He used to be a spy, until...well, long story, but suffice to say he wants his job back. He is from the t.v. show Burn Notice, a little over halfway through the second season. And he will, naturally, be introducing himself under a false name and persona. (They are out to get him.)

The other is a teenager named Orlando Gardiner. As in the character I first joined here with. He's a geek from the future, and a little different this time around- I'm starting him pre-canon. Which means he'll be a little more hostile and defensive, but he's really a good kid.
