This is Lel, finally bringing in my second character here at DDD.  This time it's Takato 'Takatomon' Matsuda.  The gogglehead from Digimon Tamers.  You know, the one that created his own digimon partner out of a fanart and ended up merging together with him, turning into a literal knight in armor, and saved the world from a reality deleting program.


But all of that is still far ahead for Takato.  I'm starting him from off from the very beginning of the series, before he even knew that digimon were real.  He doesn't even have his digivice yet.  

What do you need to know about him from his current canon point?

• He is the only son of a pair of bakers.  Because they work with food he can't have a pet, even though he would really like one.
• He is a HUGE fan of the digimon franchise.  He plays the card game, badly. with two friends from school.  But his real interest is drawing art for it.
• For the last few weeks he has been putting all of his effort into a drawing of his dream digimon partner, although he hasn't named it yet.
• The digimon series in Takato's world is not Digimon Adventure.

This isn't so much a hiatus notice as it is an FYI as to why I've fallen off the face of the planet! I'm going to be going on a family trip to San Diego and I leave for my parent's house tomorrow. I'll be back next week the 10th of July!
