Hey everyone! First of all, I've got some great news! We finally have a PREMISE PAGE! This will help all members, new and current, to describe what the game is about. Enabling will be easier and figuring out just what we do here will as well. (I know that was something a lot of people asked when first thinking about joining the game-- I get asked it all the time, so hopefully this will help everyone out!)

SECONDLY and very important, the moderators would like to launch an open discussion about methods to help make the game more accessible, bring in new players, and improve the game overall. Anon comments will be enabled so long as there is no harassment of other players. Please use this post to give suggestions, things you would like to see in the game, current problems with the game itself that you would like to bring up, or anything else you can think of related to these purposes. Bear in mind that this is for constructive purposes! If you have a comment, make sure to provide a possible solution or improvement that you would like to see.

THIS DISCUSSION IS OPEN TO ANY WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE: MEMBERS AND POTENTIAL MEMBERS ALIKE.

Part of it was like I said, all their cr dropped. Part of it is because that while you can comment a lot to certain characters who post a lot of the time, a lot of those characters only comment out to their castmate's posts. It's really discouraging to try to reach out by tagging other people's posts and then have none of them tag you when you finally post. But the mods already tried to make people tag out more with the new AC, so I doubt they can do anything about people not wanting actual cross-canon cr.

It's also hard to reach out with normal characters when over half the main page is canon updates for magical girls they don't know yet. I really think all the canon updates are a problem.

The quickness of canon updates was something of a thing with the Precure muns and we do realize we went a bit overboard - we wanted everyone of our characters from that canon to participate and we decided to rush through their updates to get there. We didn't realize we went overboard until it was too late. I, for one, am certainly cutting back on them.

To help ameliorate this, why not just have a few more general "hey let's chat/get together/brainstorm/see this thing I found" posts? You get to interact with canonmates and CR, get to ease off the canon updates, and other people get to chime in and get chances to establish CR.

Hell, even the occasional player-run event post could be used for this, as long as the mun running said event posts regularly. This is DDD man, this is a thing that you can do!

Yeah, I'm willing to agree on that at least, anon! c: Since I always too feel like most of the time canon updates aren't really easy to react to if you don't already have cr. I think that's probably most of the problem too, that there's been too many of them - or at least canon updates that were done in a way that's hard to react to.
