Another new character!

And what would Chika (tiedbydestiny) be without his grumpier other half, Shito?

This is Tyki/Akihiko/Dalek mun with my fourth (and last, I swear, oh but they're like sweet, sweet candy) character, Tachibana Shito, from Zombie Loan.

Shito is literally handcuffed to Chika (in a spiritual sense) so where one goes the other must unhappily follow.

Shito won't actually be discovering dramadramaduck until a week or two from now to let Chika play with by himself for a bit, so I won't be doing my intro until then, but please still hover-add or friend add tiedbyfate in the meantime.
