*Be affeared, she's pulled out the guide book*
Well, counter service wise in Magic Kingdom I can recommend Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, they do chicken, turkey-bacon and veggie wraps, salads, hamburgers, soup, chili... damn near everything. Also Pecos Bill Cafe, they're cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, chicken wraps, chicken salad, and chili. Columbia Harbour House is fried stuff like chicken and fish. In Epcot I say Electric Umbrella. There's not much in Epcot sadly, but yeah, Electric Umbrella for sure. They're a burgers and fries place with a grilled chicken sandwhich that's pretty good. In Animal Kingdom... Flame Tree Barbecue (Just What it Says on the Tin) and Restaurantosaurus, another burgers and fries place but it's got a Mandarin Chicken Salad too. Yak & Yeti Market is new so I haven't been there yet but it looks good. Looks like Aisian inspired food. As for MGM (I refuse to call it Hollywood) Studios... I can only rec ABC Commissary, which is sandwiches and the like, Backlot Express, which is more burgers and Toy Story Pizza planet because it's pizza.
Now, for sit down in MK, Crystal Palace is buffet style, Tony's Town Square is Italian, Liberty Tavern is pot roasts, sandwiches, and salads. Epcot's sit own is much better than it's counter service offerings, I'd suggest the Garden Grill (Flank steak, catfish, things of that nature) since along with the food it's also attached to the Living with the Land attraction which is pretty interesting so I'd suggest giving that a ride through. Teppan Edo is a standard teppanyaki style restaurant that I fully intend to give a run next visit, also in Epcot. In Animal Kingdom... you're stuck with Rainforest Cafe. They're your standard American fare, nothing particularly exceptional. MGM Studios... my family never really ate there, but I've heard good things about Hollywood and Vine and 50's Prime Time Cafe. Prime Time specializes in comfort foods of the 50s while recreating a kitschy family atmosphere (Your waitress is Mom for the night and treats you as such, no putting elbows on the table and such) and H&V is another buffet.
This probably really shows my family's bias as far as parks go (They can't get enough of MK and loathe Epcot, which is my favorite park) so do poke around at what sounds interesting in the maps you can get at the front entrance. The only place I'm going to suggest you outright avoid is the Rose & Crown Pub. The fish and chips are disgusting, and I usually like fish and chips. I'm also sorry for how long this took, my browser and keyboard are conspiring to drive me nuts with lag and freezing.
^^ Hope this is helpful.
