Some of you might noticed that we have actually moved the application post tonight to ddd_news. The primary reason for this is that it's the simplest move we can make to employ IP logging on applications. This may not seem like a big deal but with the recent bans and some malicious anonymous commenting on the applications post, we see this as a temporary or permanent measure to end any possibility of issues rising.

Please understand that the last thing we want to do is be Big Brother and keep tabs on who is who and what is what, but this is the current solution for a problem we've been considering for a while. It isn't exactly permanent at this point, as this is the test applications post and we can see how well it does from there. All we ask is that you be patient with us as we work out some... kinks in our security, I guess is the best way to put it, even if it makes it sound super scary and official. XD

The current application post will remain unprivated until the 22nd of October to assure we get all pending applications through -- if you'd like to save anything, I'd do it now and again, if you ever need us to go and get you an old app or something, feel free to ask and we'd be happy to go back and retrieve that for you :)

aaand I think that's all! This is completely open to discussion, feel free to vent your frustrations or whatever concerns and questions you might have, we're here to listen 100%. ♥

Also, just because I'm curious, do you think you could go back and find my Minato application? If it's too much of a hassle that's fine, I just like to keep track of this stuff and I had to reformat my computer... XD; I do know that I apped in late August of 2008 (maybe early September?) though.

Just moved. We only screen by request. :) The old posts are usually privated to keep people from posting new applications there.
