First of all! I don't know if I should still consider myself on semi-hiatus or not because I am around and posting/commenting with my characters-- I'm just being a bit slow with a few of them, namely Hermione. I'd like to apologize to... basically everyone about that, but especially her castmates. I definitely don't plan on either dropping her or character-sitting, buuuuuut she is a bit of a challenge for me, so I'm taking more time with her in an effort to do things right.

"BUT IDDY," you might be saying, "I just saw you on the apps page, applying for a new character! Why would you do that if you're still having to work hard to get the voice of the last one you apped? Have you no self-restraint?" While the answer to that question may very well be "no", I'm relatively confident that the character I just apped will come easier to me than Hermione, and therefore I seriously doubt I'll be at risk for overloading myself. Which brings me to...

This girl! This is Eris Wasmayer from the Trinity Blood novels. She's technically from the same world as Abel, Lilith, Dietrich, Radu, and Alessandro, but she'll be on a different timeline from them as they all follow the manga and/or anime (I think?), and her animanga counterpart is quite a bit different from how she is in the novel story she appears in. Personality-wise, she's kind of a cross between Vanille and Nena Trinity (FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN OF THEM IN DDD AT LEAST; I DON'T KNOW THEIR CANONS), so have fun with that.

And just one more thing before I end this ridiculous tl;dr of a post-- Eris is a witch. In the TB world, this basically means that she's a descendent of someone who was genetically modified to have hax powers, so while she's not a witch in the traditional magic-and-cauldrons-Harry-Potter sense, she has some extraordinary and potentially godmode-y abilities. I don't really foresee her using them very often, but just in case, I've put up a permissions post that it'd be great if people could fill out! For those who don't get around to it, I would never have her do anything to your character(s) without asking first-- this is just an attempt to streamline that process. ♥

I SERIOUSLY DO THINK IT'S POSSIBLE THAT SHE HAS A ~*MEANINGFUL NAME*~ BECAUSE OF THE GODDESS OF CHAOS: it's canon that there's a... trail of dead bodies in her wake. 8( Granted, all her killings have either been in self-defense or because the person she killed had seriously wronged her in some way, but uh. Yeah. She's going to try to hide all that as much as possible. XD Though your Eris is like... omniscient, isn't she? :P SHE CAN DEFINITELY KNOW

IT SOUNDS LIKE IT. ...nice. Eris is going to like her XD Yes she is, but I try not to talk much about canons I don't know because..well obvious reason like the fact I don't know the canon properly XD

Ha, I know the feeling. I barely know any canons here. XD If you ever want me to tell you anything so that your Eris can properly torment her, let me know!

OKAY WELL she manipulated a priest in her village into killing himself because he molested her. Then her parents found out, and they formed a suicide pact because they were ashamed to have a witch for a daughter (witches are stigmatized like woah in the TB world; WITCH!ERIS HAS A LOT OF COMPLEXES ABOUT IT THAT GOD!ERIS CAN SEE IF SHE WANTS). Then she was sent to a foster home, and when her foster father found out about her powers he tried to kill her, and in self-defense she made him kill himself instead. THEN she was sent to an orphanage where she made eight boys stab themselves to death-- it's never revealed why in canon, but my headcanon says they were bullying her a lot. LASTLY she was kidnapped by a coven of vampires, and she made them tear each other apart so that she could escape.

TL;DR she has a ridiculous amount of trust issues and she believes that she's a monster who everyone will hate and abandon if they find out about what she is. Eris is completely free to poke her about this whenever she wants. :P Though I will ask that you only have her do it under a lock, at least at first. ♥

All the names in Trinity Blood are very much on purpose Iddy. I wouldn't be shocked if she was named Eris because of the chaos she accidentally causes with her powers. /reads other comments
