Keep in mind:

• People on hiatus and characters accepted in January are exempt. (Make SURE you've commented to the HIATUS POST or else there's a likely possibility you'll get overlooked.)
+ SEMI-HIATUSES DO NOT COUNT. See here and here for more info.

• We won't be accepting any comments that happen late on January 31st due to the time discrepancy on LJ, so if you don't have enough comments yet, use this week to your advantage!

• No grace period! Once February 1st hits, you will have one week to get your links in. February 8th and 9th will be used to make sure there are no errors, and any journals unaccounted for will be purged on February 10th!

• We'll not accept activity links for characters from anyone other than those characters' players. We're not trying to be RAR MEAN about this, but there's no way of knowing whether or not those players plan on coming back without them checking in personally. :/ Exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis (for example, if someone was grounded during AC and they asked a friend to post their links for them, that would be perfectly fine, but we'd need to be told that that's why you're doing it).

For those of you who have never participated in AC before, we require 20 comments or posts from each character. They can be from any time in December and/or January. All you have to do is collect links to threads your characters have been in that add up to 20 and post them for our volunteers to count and verify.

TWO REQUESTS, DDD:

When submitting the code to add a new character to the taken list, please double-check for typos, left-out information, and the like. In addition, please don't change the code, unless you're removing the slot for a personal journal or AIM name if you don't have one.

Also, if you're commenting to the TC post for two-- or more!-- separate reasons (adding a character and dropping another, adding/dropping a character and asking us to update your info, etc.), please make a different comment for each one. This just makes things easier on the mods when they're updating the lists, and ensures that nothing gets forgotten or overlooked. ♥
