No :| Comic Con is more of an American Convention. (X Men, Spiderman, Doctor Who, FireFly, Harry Potter and so on) But oddly there was a Roy Mustang.
Sadly, there wasn't a Winry at Acen (Anime Convention) back in May. I looked for DDD purpose. XD

Yeah, the CA Comicon has lots of Japanime represented there. My friend got me a lot of FMA stuff there the first year it was popular. :D

So many friends went to ACEN! *sobs*
