UM ABOUT THAT STORM
UH.
Well, I am going to follow Box's lead; as a fellow New Englander in the path of this upcoming Frankenstorm (hurricane winds/rain up the wazoo/snow on the tail-end), I am going to keep on my hiatus for a while longer. If I suddenly and inexplicably disappear, it is because the 2,000 mile long storm knocked-out the power (as it likely will) up to the Canadian border. As I have no clue whatsoever how long the potential outage might last or whether or not I'll be able to use the internet (usually I can with the generator), I'll have to play it by ear. Typical outages around here of that scale usually last anywhere from three days to two weeks.
So.
This affects: Kaworu Nagisa (
apocryphas), Kouichi Aizawa (
owlcreation), and Yoite (
insensate).
Also - though I have no reason to worry about flooding or lack of necessary electricity, - for the other Nor'Easters who are not as lucky, please stay safe. ):
