I still maintain that while every ranking member gets their numberless Nobodies, Xemnas is, like, the main programmer or something when the chips are down. Because when Sora and Axel are fighting off all those Nobodies right before Axel dies, I clearly saw Assassins attacking him. And I'm pretty sure the Assassins were Axel's. :D
