Applications and reservations for characters on notice may now be accepted; however, they will not be approved until after the 15th unless a mod can confirm inactivity or a drop for that character.

If you are dropped for legitimate inactivity, never fear, you can simply reapply, along with anyone else who may be interested in playing your character.

Yeah, I got to looking at my comments . . . and realized some of them were in August. *FACEPALM* This has been a tough, ugly summer. >.>;;;;

/Just/ got into work a little bit ago, gonna try to get some catching up done, then see about getting a post up for Yugi. School should be starting for him. ^^;;;;

Will you be around this weekend? Maybe we can finally get our boys together to meet?

I hope so. I'm trying to think if Gaara is involved with any plots this weekend... I know he's in one that starts tomorrow. Let's see how long that goes...

*nodnod* I can do that. Would I post that to my own journal, something you'd respond to since it's something just between us, or would that go on the IC-comm? I'm guessing the comm . . . Basically a post with a fictional link to the Goggled map Yami was going to find for Gaara? Maybe with some brief narrative about the boys "waiting in the park where they'd arranged to meet their friend" or summat? XD

RL logs go on the characters' own journals. ^_^ The Google map link part can be assumed - like, we pretend that Yugi gave it to Gaara prior to him going to their world - and the rest we just make up. Is this RL going to take place in Yugi's world or Gaara's world?

Okie . . . so map's already been linked. Um . . . would you mind Gaara's world? The boys are curious about it, and I'd imagine it'd be easier to get away with summoning random monsters outside of a known tournament without having to get WAY out into the country somewhere LOL. Does Gaara have the energy for that many worldhops, though? Basically, two round-trips - not immediately back-to-back but once picking up the boys, then taking them home however long later.

Oh . . . another quick question - since Gaara deals so much in "chi" or "ki" (I'm assuming, being a ninja - I'd think so) and that being spirit energy, plus him being host to a supernatural entity . . . would you say he has the power to see/hear spirits? Would he be able to interact with Yami even manifested separately from Yugi? Seems to me he /would/ be able to, but you'd know better that I. XD;;;;; Been meaning to ask you that for forEVER.

Nooo problem. ^_^ But uh, of course, Gaara has to go their world first in order to transport them over to his own world. So that's why he's looking for the boys while wandering around the strange baseball field. XD

Well, you're right, the ninjas in Gaara's world DO use spiritual energy for their techniques, called chakra. That's a good question, though. I suppose since he was a demon vessel and already has some experience with beings that are supernatural spirits, it's possible. I do think he should be able to sense a secondary entity in Yugi's body. I just don't know to what extent. Seeing/hearing spirits... you might have to explain exactly what you mean by that.

Well, yeah. That's why I was wondering if he has the energy for so many world-hops. ^,^;;;; But again, Yami's more than willing to contribute, as is Yugi, though he doesn't have nearly as much energy, and the Puzzle itself has its own store. XD

Chakra! That's what it's called. Couldn't remember last night LOL. And yeah, saw the tag this morning. Basically what you did, I guess - Gaara sees /two/ people . . . though as he gets closer, he'll realize one of them is . . . um . . . rather see-through. >D And . . . um . . . the way I usually play Yami is that he can concentrate and /push/ his energies to make himself be audible and it comes across as sort of a loud whisper, if that makes any sense. A sort of . . . ethereal sound . . . hear-able but not quite as clear as a normal voice. *hopes that makes sense*
