GAIZ!

Why is Kanzeon's intro post more popular than Vash's was? She has more people answering it than he did!

Forgive the obvious pimpage that's going to occur, but I might not be on-line as much in October. Not that I was on-line that much so far, but I have a few tentative job offers and I'm maintaining/participating in National Craft-Making Month ([livejournal.com profile] nacramamo) so I'm going to be busy making all sorts of arts and crafts stuff during that. Just a heads up.

You did a bit. I was supposed to be setting up the NaCraMaMo comm because I'm the tech support/PR person for it and kept getting distracted--and I'm still getting tags on Kanzeon's post! I never expected the need to brainbreak characters would be so universally strong! It's humbling, really!

I do a lot of event organizing and volunteer work in my area so I'm pretty well-known around town and have a lot of good references and connections even though I'm on the socially-reclusive side and don't have a bachelor's just quite yet. The problem with job hunting for the last few months has been that I don't want to be in management (too much stress) or go into waitressing (frequent colds + handling food == failed health inspection waiting to happen).

Well, I can't claim to know as much as I should about her but I'll do my best! :D Seriously, how could I not worship a non-gender-specific bodhisattva of compassion? I know her best as Guanyin (the Chinese name) but she's also Kannon and of course Kanzeon.
