PLOTTONS :T

Guys, I need something for the Master to do.

As you might know, an essential part of the Master's character is being a scheming and generally villainous bastard. While he's doing OK, I feel like he's been spinning his wheels for a while. (This is partly my fault because I haven't been keeping him active enough, but I'm getting better.)

So, if anyone's interested in offering their character(s) up for plotting, or to have him plot against, let me know. It doesn't have to be related to his latest post - though if you want him to drop by your character's world and steal shit to power his ship, I wouldn't be opposed. >:3

Ah, okay. Actually, only one country uses high tech 20th century stuff, and that's the floating nation of Zepp. Everywhere else it's illegal, because it led to the creation of Gears. So despite its size, Zepp is the most advanced nation in terms of military/industrial technology.

You could tell me more about these Gears...

Gears are the result of forcibly infusing magic energy into living things, human or animal. It mutates them and makes them incredibly powerful, but also sometimes makes them unstable. Humans and animals both had it done. They were trying to artificially spur forward evolution, basically. Then they created a command type Gear called Justice, who decided humans were pricks and commenced with annihilating most of the human population in a 100 year war.

Also, magic isn't like "Harry Potter" type magic in the Guilty Gear world. It's actually a science and an actual form of energy taken from nature. The elements naturally flowed with it, but humanity hadn't figured out that it existed or how to tap into it. Once they did, they went off fossil fuels and all other energy forms altogether.

Ooh! Well in that case... see in Doctor Who there's instances of aliens having powers or technology that seem like magic, but they're just highly advanced. If you figure that the Gears are the same way, then... hmm.

Yeah, pretty much. Magic in Guilty Gear isn't turning people into pigs or anything, it's just like any other form of energy.

Yeah, I've seen some of the bizarre technology in Doctor Who. Even barring that, there's some pretty useful spare parts in the Guilty Gear world. Airships, war machines, things like that.

Justice is right here (http://ggxlol.highervoltage.net/justice/index.html). She's actually wearing a cybernetic suit that amplifies her magic energy.
