So this was kind of a long time coming.

DDD's been my home game for a little over four years, and through that time I've had some of the best CR, threads, and events that I've ever had in an RP.

However-  lately, I just can't seem to get back into the swing of things with Rei, barely kept up with his canon updates or even tagged out all that much. I've been dreading looking at his f-list because I've been so lost on what to do with him. I've even received anon crit (from ACJ, but still very valid) that I should tag out more, but I just can't bring myself to think of something for him to work on or talk to people about outside of some small pings and his close CR.

That shouldn't be happening considering his personality, and honestly? I've just been delaying the inevitable.

So it's with great sorrow and regret that I have to bow out. I'll miss you guys, and I'll probably app back in with someone later in the future, but for now, so long and thanks for all the memories.

Hi guys! Lii here, officially back from hiatus since I've been gone for finals, moving to my new place, and a couple weekends away. I've been playing Rock Howard for about two years now, and since then he's gone through a lot of development, most of which I couldn't have done without you guys. But now I think it's time for the comm to say goodbye, especially considering that both his not!brothers and fellow Dork Squad members are also gone. I've had a great time playing him, and if anyone's up to doing any museboxing with him (or any of my characters, for that matter), let me know, I'd be more than willing to get something set up.

Joking aside, sup guys, Lii here reintroducing a character I played for a bit about fall/winter time - Soma Cruz from the Castlevania series. He's something of a reincarnation of Dracula - he's human, but he has similar powers, namely the ability to absorb monster souls and use them if he needs to (like turning into a bat, shooting fireballs, creating shields, absorbing enemy HP, etc). He's not being reset - so he remembers everything and I have him in the middle of the year-long timeskip between Aria and Dawn of Sorrow. I'll probably update him to the beginning of DoS later on this summer.

Those of you that don't know me, I'm that nonexistent bitch who plays badasses (rebelbloodline , ttlynotcable , and fangedvengeance ) and doesn't afraid of anything [NOT MY WORDS - well, that second part anyway - the "nonexistent" one].

Though an update on that - I should be back in the next week or so now that I only have a couple more things to work on school-wise and have a couple options for jobs this summer. And when I get back, OPEN MIC NIGHT. IT'S HAPPENING, GODDAMMIT. :T

As some of you might've seen on my Plurk, I'm currently in a very awkward/weird situation with school and RL right now and it's been affecting my tagging for a while. in b4 "what tagging?" So I'm calling a hiatus/slowatus for the next week or two until things get straightened out.

I'm sure you guys noticed Rock's post on the main comm a few days ago talking about Open Mic night. Well, it's basically what it says on the tin - sometime during the winter holidays, Rock is hosting an Open Mic night at the club he usually plays at in Second South, and he's inviting anyone from the community that might be interested in either watching or performing. It can be singing, playing instruments, dramatic readings - the sky's the limit. Just make sure to not piss anyone off - remember, Mr. Howard here comes from a world that has some pretty tough customers, even if they are only human.

So yeah, I'm not planning on doing this until probably closer to New Year's? And it's already been cleared by the mods, so we are set there, I just need participants. 8Db

You can also use this post to plan on what your characters are going to be doing for a performance if they decide to come onstage , I'm not picky~

Hi. Lii here with my seventh (!! - jesus christ when the hell did I get up that high again) character and my first actual live-action character (!!!), Rei Suzumura from the Japanese series Garo. Best way to describe this series is if Power Rangers and Devil May Cry had a lovechild that themed itself around wolves.

So I'm taking Rei from before his first appearance in the series, then moving through canon that way. Best way to describe him is that he's like a Japanese version of DMC3!Dante with a pair of short swords and a vengeance complex. But we'll get to that later.

I gotta finish up my script for tomorrow's broadcast, but I'll intro him once I finish setting him up and finish the scripts. So, without further ado, hover-add fangedvengeance or

Secondly, I recently got mod approval for a small event-type-thing that I had been planning for a while. Seeing as how I need to get Rock back out there some more, I thought I'd take advantage of his musical talents. What I'm planning on doing sometime in the near future is that there'd be something like an open mic night at the live house that Rock frequents - and Rock's inviting musicians and other people from the community to join him.

So what I need from you guys are people who would be interested in coming along to watch and/or play, the more, the merrier! :3

this has actually been a long time coming, but I wanted to pull him through one last thing before I call it quits for real.

Sol here has been my longest-running character to date, ever since the summer of 2008 until today. And as much as I love playing him and being badass with the guy, I'm starting to lose grip on him, as well as the fact that I'm running out of things I could do with him. Like Leon, after a while, there isn't much I can really do without falling into a routine with him, and that's not how things should go with him.

So, I'm especially sorry to Kyah and Setine, because Sol is idkbff with the DMC crew, but this has to be done.

S-so, for those of you that haven't noticed, I put up the Bloodline Plot "FINAL FAITO" RL up on Rock's journal.

Basic lowdown is that the group's going to be fighting off a bunch of mooks until they reach the top floor, fight possessed!Rock/give the young Mr. Howard some encouragement, and Geese will challenge one of the group to a one-on-one fight to determine Rock's fate.

What I'm doing here is posting a reminder for those of you that wanted to still participate that we're still going, and to double-check to see if everyone's checked in.
