Okay, so we have a tagging system, right?

What if, guise, what if we all started tagging the posts we comment to with the characters we comment with?


Say: Tony Stark here makes a post. Betty Lou commented, so the player would click the tag button and add on betty lou to the tag list.


THAT WAY, when we're looking for ac stuff, we can see everything our characters have commented to instead of just the posts we made.

ALSO, there have been some tag disappearances-- SOME OF WHICH ARE PROBABLY MY FAULT SO I APOLOGIZE but also some that I know I didn't delete so there might be some glitches or something happened when I went through, I don't know. D: pre-emptive SORRY and you might want to go through and re-tag some of your old posts. fff.

1) Up 'Til Dawn -- Remember that fundraiser you guys helped me with? Well, thanks to your help, my university set the record for most letters written, ever -- in one night, we wrote over 50,000 letters! The verdict's still out on how much money we earned for St. Jude's, but every penny helps! Thanks again for your participation, everybody. ♥ ♥ ♥

2) Hiatus (the point of this post, really) -- School's absolutely killing me right now, and with papers and exams galore, combined with a Thanksgiving break that's full of visiting family and road trips, I'm absolutely swamped. I can't keep up with the game right now, but I don't have any intentions of dropping (how could I? Apollo and Shuraiya are way too much fun to give up), so don't worry! I'll be back, I just don't know when -- definitely before Christmas, but I don't know how soon before. WATCH THE SKIES, KIDDIES. Also, I'm sorry about all the tags I've left unanswered, I really am. I'll try to get those taken care of, but it will be slow.

3) Some Say You're Troubled, Boy -- What, you thought I'd leave you guys empty handed? Of course not! I'm leaving you guys with a brand new FST, dedicated to none other than my grumpy, angsty bounty hunter, Shuraiya Bascùd. ♥ I'm really proud of it, I've been working and perfecting it for some time, and it includes several of my favorite artists -- The Strokes, The Killers, MUSE, and The Bravery, to name a few. Hey guys, Klayr (Apollo/Shuraiya) here. I've got something of an unorthodox request for you here, but I've gotten permission from carnality to pose a question (well, more like beg) to all of you here.

Now, I'm participating tonight in an activity called Up 'Til Dawn, which is an event that raises money for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, located in Memphis, Tennessee.

St. Jude is the largest childhood cancer research center in the world, and ground-breaking research findings at St. Jude are shared with doctors and scientists all over the world. The hospital's daily operating costs are over $1 million per day, which are primarily covered by public contributions (from programs such as Up 'til Dawn). St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatments that are not covered by insurance, and families without insurance are never asked to pay.

Basically, what we're to do is spend all night (from 4:00pm - 12:00am) writing letters and asking for donations for the hospital. My university has held the top spot as the highest earning college campus in the U.S. for the last three years, and as such, they're... well, really hardcore about this. Each student has been asked to bring fifty addresses tonight, and as it stands, I only have... five.

Let me make it very clear that I'm not asking for any money from any of you. I am only asking for your addresses so I can send you letters -- it's your choice to donate or not, and I'll never know if you did or didn't. I won't release your addresses to anybody, and they will only be used for this and this alone -- I'll be shredding my address lists after tonight, so don't worry about confidentiality. I really appreciate your help, guys, 'cause I really, really want that damn free t-shirt I signed up for. ♥

TL;DR: Post your address for me here (all comments are screened) so I don't look like a total schmuck tonight at the fundraiser.

ETA: Thanks for all your help, guys! I've got to head out to the fundraiser now, and I got a grand total of TWENTY SEVEN ADDRESSES!! Thanks again, and I'll be sure to tell everybody how it went. \:D/ ♥♥♥

Hey guys, it's me again, with another event announcement, particularly regarding the...





Hahaha, I love glitter. |D Anyway, as most of (or at least some of you) well know, this year, the dual Halloween event and virus is going to be held in the One Piece world. :) For those of you unfamiliar with One Piece, it's a manga/anime revolving around pirates, adventure, and treasure! And one of the greatest and most fascinating parts of the world of One Piece is the Grand Line -- it is an ocean current that runs east to west; essentially, it is the equator. Along this ocean current are islands, each boasting their own unique style and season. There are sixteen seasons (give or take) in the Grand Line, not counting the varying degrees of weather that occur between islands.

Now that you all have a basic knowledge of the geography of One Piece, we can get to the good part: where the event is being held. It's going to be held on an island in close proximity to Water Seven, where Rob Lucci (coarse_fur) is from. Water Seven is based heavily on Venice, Italy -- that is, the city relies heavily on canals for transportation, and the architecture is very similar to that of the watery city. And, remaining in this vein, there is an emphasis on masquerade and Carnivale. Mentioned within the first chapters of the Water Seven arc is the island of San Fault, where masquerades are held consistently through out the year.

Since it has been established that holidays are celebrated (at least, in a secular fashion), JM and I ran with the idea -- why not a Halloween masquerade, held not only to celebrate Halloween, but the passing of Aqua Laguna?

Now, let me get this straight: the event is not being hosted by Rob Lucci. He will simply be making an IC post following the Musical Virus (which, if you have any questions still, please feel free to ask me! There should be an updated cast list up in a day or two) regarding the event, and more information for you and your characters will be provided at that time. :) I will be making an account especially for the event to post in the Events Community with, so everybody knows where to go and what to do!

If you've forgotten what happens at the Halloween Virus -- here's a reminder! Your characters become what they are dressed as. :D :D :D It's up to you the duration of their infliction. X) ALSO! You are welcome to opt out of the virus but still attend the event, since in actuality, most of the attendees will be of the OP world and obviously, won't be affected by the community virus. :3

Hi guys! :) I just wanted to give everybody who I owe tags to a heads-up that I'll be going out of town from now until Tuesday, to attend Yaoi-Con in San Francisco.

That's ... the entire extent of the Gender Swap Virus, so if there is anybody who would like to write with me (Robin will be my only character affected), I would be happy to do so and just back date it to the duration of the virus. X)

Apollo-mun here, reintroducing my first character here -- Shuraiya Bascùd, a bounty hunter from One Piece: The Movie 4: Dead End Adventure. ♥ I dropped him a while back, but his muse has been strong in me as of late, and I just needed to let him out somewhere. X) 'Somewhere' turned out to be here, 'cause, well -- I love the damn bounty hunter, and this place is loads of fun.

So, if you will, add shovel_sick back to your friends lists. :3 I'll be doing his reintroduction tomorrow morning (Happy Independence Day, by the way!), in all likeliness.

Yes, my darlings, it seems that I too will be going on hiatus, for the next two weeks. I've got finals to study for and packing to do this coming week, and Fanime the following, so RPing will be at a minimum until I return on June 1st.

Any ongoing threads that I have will either be updated sporadically on my part or just put on hold until then, okay? Oh, and before I forget, this hiatus affects Apollo and Robin of Locksley. I'll probably be making excuse posts from the both of them in the next hour or so.
